Who We Are
The volunteer program at the Millwald Theatre offers a unique opportunity for community members to get involved in the excitement of live events. Volunteers assist with a variety of roles, including ushering, ticket scanning, concessions, and audience support. In return, they gain behind-the-scenes access to performances, meet fellow arts enthusiasts, and contribute to creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for patrons. No prior experience is required—just a passion for the performing arts and a willingness to help!
What We Do
Our theatre’s volunteer program offers several engaging positions that help bring our live events to life:

Ushering: Volunteers greet guests, help them find their seats, distribute programs, and ensure the audience has a positive and comfortable experience.

Popcorn Making: Volunteers operate our concession stand by preparing and serving popcorn and other snacks, contributing to the fun and festive atmosphere of the theatre.

Ticket Scanning: Volunteers welcome guests at the entrance, scan tickets, and provide information about the event and venue.
Each role plays a vital part in supporting our theatre and creating a memorable experience for our patrons.
